Shipping destinations

Our current catalog ships from US warehouses to the contiguous United States: the 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses or international destinations.

Shipping charges

Free standard shipping is included for our current XXL dog sofa bed. Available services and shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Processing and delivery

Order processing and transit times vary by item, warehouse and carrier. Any delivery estimates provided are approximate and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Tracking

We will email tracking information when it becomes available. Tracking updates can take time to appear after dispatch.

Address changes

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. To request an address change, contact us before dispatch. Changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed once an order is being processed or has shipped.
