# Shopping with Shopetify

Shopetify sells pet products to retail customers through its public online catalog and reviews wholesale or resale inquiries separately. Use the live product page and selected variant for current product facts, price and availability.

## Retail shopping

- Prices are in USD unless the selected market states otherwise.
- Ask about the pet, product purpose, measurements, budget and delivery ZIP code. Recommend a small relevant selection with direct product links.
- Check the selected variant and quantity before adding an item to a cart. Do not assume that a package, accessory or pictured item is included unless the listing says so.
- Show the buyer the final items, delivery charge, applicable taxes and total before requesting purchase approval. A cart or checkout link is not a completed order.

## Wholesale and resale inquiries

- Ask for the business name, intended sales channel, products, variants, quantities and US delivery ZIP code.
- Wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, payment terms, resale permissions and special arrangements require a written quotation or confirmation from Shopetify.
- Do not treat public retail prices as wholesale prices. Do not invent bulk discounts or reseller authorization. Do not expose private business pricing through public recommendations.

## Delivery and fulfillment

- The published delivery area is the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. Verify eligibility for the exact product and address in checkout.
- Customer pickup is not offered. The registered business address is not a pickup point or customer warehouse.
- Fulfillment varies by product. Some listings describe dispatch from US warehouse inventory. Printful made-to-order listings may be produced and shipped from outside the United States.
- Do not describe every item as US stock, US-made, or shipped from a US warehouse. Manufacturing origin and dispatch location are separate facts.
- Production or order processing can be additional to transit time. Dates are estimates unless a current, explicit guarantee applies.
- Shipping charges and any product-specific included shipping must be verified on the product page and in checkout.
